A little character.
A bigger idea.
Interactive characters can make a lesson friendlier, an interface clearer or a story feel alive. We want the tools behind them to be open, understandable and practical.
Characters first.
Evir began with a focus on interactive 2D characters, especially for educational experiences and real product interfaces. That focus helps us choose what matters: expressive poses, understandable interaction and reliable playback.
Open by design.
The project source is available under the MIT license. Editable projects, documented experiments and a visible roadmap let people understand the work and contribute to it. The Evir brand artwork retains its own provenance.
Evidence before promises.
We study established tools such as Rive, build small working pieces and check their behavior. Our current .riv export is a tested subset; Evir is independent and does not claim affiliation with Rive.
A project still becoming.
The early editor is ready to explore, not a declaration of complete platform parity. Your experiences can help us build the next useful thing.
